scaling without smoothing pixels

I’m working a game with pixel graphic, which base resolution is 320x480 pixels. I have to make all graphics element in 2x for retina iPhone, and 4x for retina ipads (ipad using 2x). So my app is now around ~30MB in size. It would be a grat feature for such games to allow scaling without smoothing, so this way my app could be only ~10-12MB.
