Anybody know why screenshots keep missing? I had 4 shots but now I can see one on the iphone? Itunes connect also shows one as well. I am sure I added 4 for each devices but time to time I can see that screenshots go away for some reasons. That not great since a lot of time only one or two shows up both in iTunes and devices?
Any suggestions?

I would check the Apple developer’s forums and see if others are complaining of this.

THANKS Rob. That’s exactly what I did (after your suggestion) Not sure what I did not think about (I guess until I released my first app and had to real deal with iTunes connect, I never really went there.
In any event, I also replaced all my PNG screenshots with jpeg (80% quality) and so far all the screenshots are there so maybe,

Ps: by the way any idea when I should see any sale data after the app release? Just curious because i I went ahead and bought a Ferrari since my game SpaceCommand now is out…I cannot cancel the Ferrari!

I believe iTunes connect closes tomorrow so you wont be able to see it for a few weeks. You can login today and see yesterdays data. [import]uid: 62706 topic_id: 34155 reply_id: 135875[/import]
For the most part, they get the reports done before 6am ET. Someday’s it’s later. What you see today, is yesterday’s sales.
When you first launch, and you get the “Ready For Sale” message, it can take several more hours to show up in search and generally your first day is only a partial day of sales. And of course you will be frustrated because the app store shuts down for 7 days and you can’t check.

Thanks Rob. Yes I started getting some sales data. What’s still pissing me off is the screenshots going away. Now I only have one screenshot for each device on iTunes Connect! Not the best way to show off your app. Especially when they are closing for a week…
I am going to try to upload them again and hope this time they stay put. Anybody got this issue before. First I thought maybe the PNG where too big of size (1.4 meg each) so I switch to jpeg (at 80% not too lose too much quality - 150k) and still the same issue. Because all 4 screenshots (12 total) shows up on the app summary (after I click save changes) AND they show up on the App Store a little later, I will assume I am doing the right thing. Why only one or two per device type stay put in the app store and ITC is a mistery for me. I left a message on the forum at Apple and also contacted Apple. They got back to me but they miss-understand my issue (not too difficult to do given my English!) Anyway they think I have a issue saving screenshots on ITC…ahrragggg!
I will keep you posted so to help someone in case you have the same issue.
