Scrolling between pages

Hi!

I am trying to make multiple pages, between which you could horizontally scroll. Each page would be a group, and would take up the whole screen. It would be something like the iOS home screen, like you could scroll there.
If anyone knows a plugin, or is willing to make it, that would be greatly appreciated!
