Scrolling Text (marquee) for display.text?

Hi there,

I’ve got another question, but this time it’s a more or less a fast and cheap one.

Is there a marquee tag/parameter  for display.newText?

Or do I have to write my own one?

Can’t find nothing about this in the API or the forums.

You’d have to write your own, shouldn’t be too hard.

Text in Corona is static object. If any animation wanted, you must apply it yourself :slight_smile:
