ScrollView Widget - Display Scrollbar at all time

Hi there,

Does anyone know if there’s a way to ensure the scrollbar on the new scrollview widget doesn’t disappear after a few moments if no touch is made on the scrollview? I just want it to stay there the whole time.

I’ve been through the below page and many others but although I can find a way to ensure it NEVER appears, I can’t find a way to ensure it’s always there.
