What happened to the search Forum feature? I relied on this function heavily! It was so easy to just search the forums instead of posting new questions. [import]uid: 14218 topic_id: 27498 reply_id: 327498[/import]
Yes i would like to know aswell! [import]uid: 59172 topic_id: 27498 reply_id: 111757[/import]
I think we’re still tweaking things but you can get to the search page directly:
http://developer.anscamobile.com/search/
In the box, it looks like you can do stuff like:
audio links type:forum
Or you can always use Google:
audio links site:developer.anscamobile.com (I assume that will eventually change to developer.coronalabs.com)

Yes, the new search bar at the top isn’t fully operational, but it will eventually search the entire site using Google search! [import]uid: 26 topic_id: 27498 reply_id: 111765[/import]
Wow, it’s always a honor to have the staff members to respond directly to a forum post! Thank you ewing and walter. With the Google Search, I just hope it’s easy to search just the forums. That was probably the number 1 feature that I used to answer my questions. [import]uid: 14218 topic_id: 27498 reply_id: 111821[/import]
Hey Guys,
This is actually very frustrating.
The forums in my opinion was the best resource on this website. The new website looks really great but the forum has taken a step back.
The search functionality was so useful to almost everyone on here I’m sure. i understand we can go to the search page and include type:forum, but it just feels really messy and time wasting to have to go back and forth between the forum and the search pages to get to the information we needed. if the search term did not bring up the right results, we could simply retype the search terms on the same page making things simple. now it is just back and forth. very annoying!
I’m sure it is not hard to include a simple text box on each forum page as there was before to search the forum???
Please re-include this, as now it really makes the forum unusable. people will not dig through every post on the forum just to get there answer, which in turn will make less responses, and repeated/duplicate questions from users much more.
Just my two cents.
Chris.

Hey Chris,
We know, that aspect is no good. Like Walter said we are planning to get a proper, easy and most important functional search in place soon. [import]uid: 52491 topic_id: 27498 reply_id: 112140[/import]
The search bar in the top nav now searches the entire site, including forums. [import]uid: 26 topic_id: 27498 reply_id: 112716[/import]
Mr. @Walter Luh ,
Thanks for the feedback and also I would like to say that the Corona`s SEARCH now looks to be working MORE than nicely! (at least for me).
By the way, as I got the opportunity to “reply” one post from you, I would like to tell you that the new Corona`s website (this last version from today - 06/21) is much better than that one from yesterday (specifically the “head” of the pages giving us more “explicit” links).
Also the new bug tracker is just awesome and so “transparent/clear”! Loved that.
And last, having you around here (the forums) more active is simply amazing IMHO.
The New Corona Labs is looking really nice at all. It`s my point of view btw.
Thanks for respecting your developers, I mean, the Corona Labs Developers. Really good attitude and I appreciate that.
EDIT: By now I only miss so much this link (http://developer.anscamobile.com/forum/recent) that used to be over the Forum`s pages. By that link I can check all the new posts on all the forums in one time instead go into forum by forum looking for new threads or posts. Hope you feel the same. .)
Regards,
Rodrigo Costa.

Awesome, thanks for this.
And sorry i sounded so vexed in my previous post. just loved the ease of which we could search any topic we needed
But this new search is also just as good!
And well done on the whole site. looks and functions great!
Cheers,
