The search box at the top of the page seems to span the entire site. Is there a way to restrict the search to the forums? [import]uid: 191855 topic_id: 32884 reply_id: 332884[/import]
I think I saw a dropdown somewhere where you could select forum, blog etc when you search. But the search is terrible and doesn’t gice you ane good results.
I prefer to search the site on google by adding the “site” parameter.

You can tick just forum if you do advanced search, however our search is all-around munted. I swear we’re working on this - we hope to change forum software very soon which will fix the search issues.

I absolutely agree with you - the forums are total crap. Search doesn’t work and they are not well organized. The edit button for the thread (not the posts, they’re OK) is buried at the bottom of the page. There is no report spam button for users. There are no tags.
– The list goes on.
I spend more time here than any sane person should and I assure you that I share your frustrations; the forums should be shifted over VERY soon, we’re in the final stages of testing with the new software now.
