Sells apps on iTunes

Hi,

This friday i released my first game but there’s any download:

https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/slingshots/id763853766?l=pt&ls=1&mt=8

I’d like to know tips to my game be found and downloaded.

Please can anyone help me?

See here: http://iphonedevsdk.com/forum/business-legal-app-store/116579-new-releases-broken-again.html

I have contacted Apple and await a response. I’ve released 3 apps during the period of inactivity on the part of iTunes new app updates and it has killed my downloads/revenue for those apps.

Good luck.

I understand …

i hope that this problem be solved as soon as possible.

Please let me know any new news about that.

Thank you for your response @MAS1

I would urge you to contact Apple. The more people that tell them about this fault the better!

I am actually considering removing my affected apps from the store and re-submitting them.

That’s it.

I’ve contacted to Apple but looks like that is just a temporary bug.

I’ll also removing my app from Apple until this problem be solved.

It’s mightily frustrating. I really feel for those developers that have launched in the last week and have put months into the app.

To lose that initial visibility and traction is painful. Very.

Does anyone have any experience of removing an app from the store and re-releasing it? What I’m asking basically is can you use the same app name again? Thanks.

MAS1.

I’ve been hit by this issue twice. First when there were those 3-4 days delays. My app got launched when they decided to update the database and they showed all the apps at once and lost the initial visibility.

And now the section of free/payed games is just gone. It’s been at least 4 days since I first noticed.

I’m interested too if anyone has removed an application and if he could use the same name again. Although I assume you can’t.

@beckslash

To be hit twice by this is just terrible. I really do hope this is a “glitch in the matrix” - otherwise it will hit hard.

If I may be so bold - this thread title needs changing. I’d suggest “iTunes new releases broken” or something similar. The more peeps that see this and contact Apple the better. Having said that, iTunes Connect has been down all day (I’m in the UK) so maybe they will dump all the new releases soon. What a mess this is and what a revenue sting too

Nice idea, @MAS1.

But i don’t know how change the topic name

iTunes now updated. Will need to remove and re-release one of my apps as it got buried…

Yes finally resolved.

I’ll wait release on next week
