setReferencePoint breaks physics?

I have a few rectangles:

(x,y,width,height,rotation)
42.5 222 208.29838562012 10 90
42.5 207 222.01612854004 10 -39.193550109863
225.5 164 271.00805664062 10 90

And if I set the setReferencePoint to TopLeftReferencePoint, they are drawn on screen properly, however, there are represented in the physics model as if they still have a center reference point.

If I turn on debug draw, the outlines match the *drawing* but the physic interactions are different!
