Hi,
I was trying to set up IAP on the Google Developer Console, the first step of which is the “Merchant Setup”.
It appears that I need to enter an address and business name here, but I am an individual (not a business), and I really don’t want my personal address being displayed here. I am not sure how to proceed here.
Has anyone else had this issue? Do I have to give it? Is there any workaround?

In one way or another, they’re going to need your information whether you’re a “business” or not. The “business name” (even if it’s just your name, I believe) will be shown to potential customers, but I don’t think Google would show your physical address to anybody in the Play Store. They need that info for tax purposes more than anything AFAIK.
Hopefully that helps. I’m not an expert on Google IAP so perhaps others can help clarify further.
