Hello,
I am trying to make the video as small in file size as possible. When I changed some setting to SMS mode it saved it as a 3gp. I need it as MP4. So I then tried the “low” quality setting and it was still as bit as the default which may have been low. Within 5 seconds of recording I am over 5mb. Any other way or is this it? I am uploading it to my server when it is finished and takes some time.
