Short sounds using media.eventsounds

Hi,

apologies if i keep repeating the question, but if there are a number of short sounds i need to play for my app (kids) should i stick with media.eventsounds? I am targetting both iOS and Android? THe other option is to replace everything with audio, preload everything and use it until the lifetime of the app. I am just concerned over memory usage with this strategy. I have over 100 short sound files.

I am using audio for background and longer music type sounds.

Also since there is no dispose method for these sounds ? should i be simply setting the handles of the sound objects to nil ? how does one cleanup eventsounds?
