Should I build with iOS 7 SDK or iOS 8 SDK?

When I try to build for iOS, there is an option “iOS SDK”:

Option 1:  7.1

Option 2:  8.0

Should I choose 7.1 or 8.0?

I just built an iOS app with option 7.1 and submitted it to App Store and now it’s waiting for review. But I am wondering if I should choose 8.0?

Apple is still accepting iOS 7.1 apps so that is what I would submit. If you build for iOS 8.0, you may need some news permission calls which we are still sorting out in our Daily Builds.
