I’m totally new to Corona SDK and Lua, but I’m very excited about building apps for me and my wife’s small home business. She runs a pretty popular cosmetics review blog.
For our first app, I’d like something that when the user shakes the device, the background image randomly changes to one of 20 different images and a sound is played. The sounds would correspond to each image, such that image #1 has its own sound, image #2 its own sound, etc. Also, each background would also have a text message displayed as well that corresponds to each specific image.
So that’s what we’re thinking about for our first Corona SDK app.
Anand, I do not believe Kermit4Karate was looking for a programmer to build an app for him. This is the introduction forum where people tell us what they are building. I’ve hidden your post above.
@Kermit4Karate, Corona SDK has an Ambassador program where developers who want to help us by holding meetups in their community, spread knowledge about Corona SDK to other development communities and a host of other things. The Term “Brand Ambassador” isn’t quite how we advertise it, though it’s technically not incorrect.
