simulator problem

I dont know what happen to my simulator after i installed it. can somebody help me?

This looks like a graphics card/driver issue. Can you please provide some system specifications? OS, memory, hardware, etc.

Hi @sandakan909,

This seems more likely a graphics card/driver issue or possibly an outdated version of OpenGL. Can you determine which graphics hardware your system has, and what version of OpenGL? Can you ensure that your video drivers are up-to-date?

Thanks Brent, my device just a notebook, very low spec. i think i dont have any openGL( (maybe) and honestly i dont even know how to install it) then i tried to update intel but there is an error. see my printscreen and i copy error log file for inte update
