Simulator too big on screen - using iMac 27" max resolution

Folks,

I’ve been scouring the threads for a couple of days now(the last entry regarding this was in 2011, from what I’ve found).

I have max resolution on my iMac 27"

Everytime I run the “iPhone” simulator it’s roughly the right size (it doesn’t overtake my screen).

When I select the iPhone 4 or 5 it dominates the entire screen and I’m on a 27" system with resolution maxed out.  Not to mention using an iPad becomes over kill.

Any quick quotes that might assist me?

Thanks much.

Richard

Have you tried to use the menu at the top and under the “Window” option, choose “Center”, which should center the simulator on the screen.  Then you can zoom it in or out as necessary.  The simulator should remember the last location where you had it and size settings.

Rob

OMG, Rob.

Thank you.  It never donned upon me that it would be zoomed in by default.

Graciously,

Richard
