Slide menu selector similar to Picker Widget & Slot Machine

I am trying to make an app for this:

This is a non-profit org and I am a teacher wanting to make this as a class project.
I looked at the Picker Widget and at another slide menu post and the Mario Slot Machine, but don’t know what to use and how.

I was thinking that I could use images for the 4 “strips” and an overlaying image for the tube itself with a mask to show the strips. Besides that, I am lost :slight_smile:
