Hi,

i have bought the engine a couple of days ago because i thought i could use it very very much.

I think the engine is ok, but still needs a lot of improvements, as all of us can see in the featured requests.

At the moment i’am very active at the forums, searching for responses, but i think there are very less reply’s, it looks like not really much an active community.

Can the staff probably make this board more active, so reply’s won’t take a day or longer, or even topics witch keeps unanswered ?

We need an active open community, so that we have the feeling to build on with Corona and don’t let it to die, because of less responses, motivations, and or roadmaps.

I think we would all like to see the community grow, don’t forget that the majority of us aren’t on GMT though. :wink: As far as features go, keep in mind this is a 1.0 release and we have no intention of stopping with 1.0. [import]uid: 5 topic_id: 302 reply_id: 415[/import]

Thanks for the reply, it’s not an attack or something, just building criticism (hope i spelled that right)

I just see lot’s of forumtopics keep open and unanswered, that has nothing to do with GMT, does it :wink:

Could you guys also create some sort of roadmap Corona is working on besides GPS and Nativekeyboard and probably a time scheduler or something like that.

Also what functions are you planning to add etc…

Sprite along with polygons and collision routines have my preference :slight_smile:

hi,
I think that the problem is that corona at this thime
it’s not so popular. it’s in early stage, and as we and jeff know,
is still missing some (game/input) features.

As soon as corona will be complete (input, gps, games routine/function)
I think that people will join us.

Also, one thing to note, we get a lot of questions via email as well and those don’t end up on the forum. We try to answer as much as we can and try to be as open as we can in regards to features and what is coming up. Also remember, 1.0 shipped on Dec 1st, so the developer community will grow and this will be a great place to exchange code, ideas, support, etc.

One thing I noticed since 1.0 shipped is the double the amount of email support we are getting and the traffic in the forums and we are very happy about it.

There will be more to come and we appreciate all the feedback and support you have given us and we will continue to make the product better for all of you.
