i am starting to make a solitaire game, i have the cards 
I wanted to know if someone already made one and could give me some ideas.
example: the cards, should i make 7 arrays, 1 for every card row? + 4 for the uppers ones? + 1 for the deck of cards?

THere are a couple of good free Solitare games on iTunes. Down load them and see how you can do better. You will see how others have laid out the game table for ideas.
