Solution: Following Eric’s (@ewing) suggestion, I looked at the Simulator’s Preference menu, and all I needed was to change my option. What threw me off was the fact some daily builds displayed welcome screen while other ones didn’t (without me changing my setting). Anyhow, all is good now.
Thank you, Eric!

I’ve seen this beautiful looking welcome screen when I launched the Corona Terminal (which in turn launched Corona Simulator) in the past. Oddly enough, I’ve been seeing it sometimes and not seeing it other times. It was on & off depending on the daily build I was using.
Now with the latest stable build #703, when I launch Corona Terminal, I see the terminal window, and Corona Simulator icon docked on my Mac desktop made active, but I don’t see anything else. I need to click on Corona Simulator icon, and then go File > Open Recent and select the project I’m working on (which is usually the last project I opened).
This doesn’t hinder me much (and it’s not a problem for me, honestly), but I don’t think it is an intended experience. Does anyone having the same experience with the latest stable build? Or is this happening only to me?
All I did was install the latest build (over the build #701), by double-clicking on the .dmg file and dropping the latest to the Application folder, and updating the Corona Terminal link.
