Some Lua's books or general programming books recomendation?

Hello,

I’m interested to learn more about Lua programming focused to Corona SDK. I’m medical student and I have some troubles to understand correctly all expressions and functions that I’m reading to this book: http://www.packtpub.com/corona-game-development-for-ios-android-beginners-guide/book

Is there any other book that you can recommend me that allows to understand some programming techniques and methods? I saw this other book but I don’t know it will be efficient for me: http://astore.amazon.com/lua-store-20/detail/859037985X

MAny thanks for your help.

I learned a lot from this official lua manual. But it might be a bit too technical for you.

Beginning Lua Programming  || Kurt Jung and Aaron Brown (Red this one 2 times too) It is very good too

MobileAppDevelopmentwithCorona || Brian Burton (This one comes with test library so you learn things in a good way)

I also bought All I could find of DVD tutorials

…haha, When I searched up the actual names for the books I just realized that there has been a new release:
Programming in Lua 3 edition || Roberto Jerusalimsschy

And one more thing, the best way to learn in my opinion is to study the books and join us at #corona at freenode.net
