is it possible to change the playback rate of a sound?
i know this is supported on iPhone at least due to apps such as Chippy and Talking Perry, where it just plays it back pitched up (higher=faster, lower=slower)
(i think Talking Carl is a bit different, in that i think it actually pitches the audio up without altering the speed)
