is possible to convert the voice captured by the microphone in text and save it in a variable?

Probably not with Corona SDK.  It might be possible with Corona Enterprise if there are voice to text SDK’s that can be called.  I’m pretty sure both Apple and Google have speech related frameworks that could be used.

thanks for the response , then a free version with No Can Be Done But if the paid version ?

You cannot do this with Corona SDK which is free.

You should be able to do this with Corona Enterprise which is a paid product.
