How many votes are required?

There isn’t a specific vote count. Feature requests are measured by many factors and popularity is just one of them. Complexity is another as the amount resources. Some requests might take an engineer 6 months to accomplish or might need two or more engineers that long where another request might only be a couple of hours of time. We tend to want to do things that are cross-platform and something that will only benefit one OS generally needs more justification.
