SPLASH SCREEN PLUGIN NIGHTMARE

Hi is anybody else having the same problem than me?

My SplashScreen Control Plugin expired and I bought again but is not appearing on my account. I opened a ticket with the helpdesk giving them the purchase receipt number and they have spent 3 days looking at the wrong problem, saying it was a build problem, but is an activation one, as the purchase is just not appearing on my account.

This is serious as I can’t build with the plugin so the splash appears and therefore I have been since last Friday without the possibility of submitting an app to the stores as I pay to remove the splash. As result I have an angry customer waiting for their app in the stores. But the problem is not resolved, the last message is ‘Sorry you have a different problem, we are looking into it’.

Is anybody else having the same problem or is just me ?

I will answer my own question: NOBODY had it,  as -like I said from the start- it was a BUSINESS PROBLEM. It has taken 5 days for Corona to add my purchase manually into the system while trying to convince me it was a technical problem.  The added it -as I asked- and now is fixed. Corona’s Customer Services must be the worse in the industry. 

There were two separate problems: 

  1. Splash Screen Control plugin has been renewed and appeared as active but the builds were failed because of build server issue.

  1. Splash Screen Control plugin has been renewed/bought but didn’t appear in the user account.

There was some database issue that was manually fixed. But until first problem fixed this one didn’t make sense.

All hands were in fixing the first issue because it was a primary problem. Sorry for making you feel so angry. I believe it was exceptional case.

Don’t you understand that my issue was NOT the same as these people’s ? I had no build problems, My issue was that my purchase didn’t appear in my account, so I could not activate it.  

This is what I said in my ticket: “Hi, I just bought the Splash Screen Control and its not appearing in my account. Receipt is #2235-3150

And this is how I started my question in this forum: “My SplashScreen Control Plugin expired and I bought again but is not appearing on my account.”

These people had their plugins active, so they had build problems, I could not activate mine because the order purchase didn’t appear. It is so hard to understand?  Yeah, it may have happened that even if it was active it may not have worked, but we cannot know because it was not active.  So all I wanted was for you to activate it, not to look to further hypothetical problems, but the REAL one. Is this so hard to understand ?

@cloud-nueve, we understand your frustration and there are probably no words that can remove that frustration.

Many people experiencing the “build error” were doing so because they had renewed the plugin.  People who had an active, original plugin license didn’t see this.  This problem had many different things happening that we needed to address and as @Betkur said getting to the bottom of this has been our priority since the problem arose. 

We have now addressed the grander problem and can start working on remaining issues. So my question for you is simply this;

Are you still having this issue?

No and Yes. I mean, the plugin has been activated manually and therefore I can build. So no, I do not have the build issue. But the order is still not showing on my account, so yes, I am still having the original issue because the order is not showing. The good thing is that I can publish the code which is the ultimate problem, but I was not expecting the plugin to activated and therefore build until the purchase was shown in the account. 

But as you said the build problem is gone.

I’m still unable to build for tvOS :confused: I can comment it out for now, but it’s annoying.

I renewed my payment as soon as I saw the error, maybe a week ago.

No, I haven’t yet. I assumed it was fixed (as I can build for iOS). Just seen the error now. I will do later.

I had the same problem, promptly fixed by Bektur.

Our customer is McDonald’s, so stress was high.
