Sprite frame size vs platform tile size

Is there any problem if my tile size and animated characters frame size is not equal? I have seen the rat example from another developer on this sub-forum so I know it works but my question is whether this would bring any negative effect to gameplay etc. Thanks for your feedback. To be perfectly honest I’m not sure, what I would do is that if your animated character has a different framesize then the rest of your world is make sure that he has his own tileset as each tileset can have different frame sizes and that seems to all work fine.
