Sprite Sheet Animation issue on iPad2

I am having a very strange issue.

I have a sprite sheet that is 1024 x 1024 built in Zwoptex.
I can run the animation in Corona Simulator perfectly fine. When I build to iPad it does not show the animation at all. It does not even render the image. Am I missing something? The sprite sheet have 120 images displaced in a 1024x1024 grid. Do you think maybe it’s too many images packed in a 1k grid?
