Starting a new Youtube Channel!

Hi guys! I’m going to start up a new Youtube channel where I’m going to release a lot of Corona SDK tutorials, reviews(3rd party tools) and much more. I’ve already coded some basic tutorials and i will start out making the first video pretty soon. I’ve 4 classes of videos:
[Corona Tutorial] - “random” corona tutorials
[Corona Basics] - The very basics of corona.
[Lets Code] - Like Peach Pellens boggle video, but im going to make other games. (an hit&run game for an example)
[3rd Party Tools] - Reviews of 3rd party tools (and tutorials)

This is the tutorials i’ve planned to do so far:

-Corona Basics (Images, Sounds, Physics)
-Exp. Bar
-Shop system
-Global music/SFX switch
-Endless runner game (With a LOT of features)
-Lot of Lime tutorials and rewievs
-Ranking system (different levels)

And a few other tutorials. Is there anything you guys want me to code?(and make a tutorial how to make it and upload it on YT) Please let me know! I’m not able to code exactly everything since I’m not a super professional coder, i just wanna spread my corona knowledge:)

So what do you guys think about this?:slight_smile: Is it a good idea?

PS: Please can someone help me think of a youtube name ^^?

PS2: Please do not judge me because of my age (15) and my short time here at the ansca forum.

Thx Peach :slight_smile: I was thinking of : IndieHow.
Since English aint my main language i was just wondering something. With the name IndieHow i was thinking about “Indie Developers How To”. But if i only add IndieHow, could’nt that be mistaken for India related things? Like the Indian culture, because I dont want people to think that my video channel has something to do with India XD (It’s nothing wrong about India or the Indian culture. But i dont want people to mistake my channel for something else).

Otherwise, please come up with some name sugestions:)

Hey there,

No, IndieHow would be just fine, it’s a good name I think :slight_smile: It is descriptive.

In English “Indie” and “India” would not be confused, people know the difference - you do not need to worry about that.

I’m sure no one would take your concerns badly, naturally you wouldn’t want to confuse anyone and make them think your videos were about India as that would be pointless in this case :wink:
