Step is working, but breakpoints aren't

I’ve created a new project by copying my project files over and renaming them. Now, when I run the debugger with F10 from Sublime Text 2, I get the line 1 break, and the F11 step commands work, but breakpoints are ignored as though they aren’t there, even though they are present next to lines of code in the editor?

Anyone know why steps would work but breakpoints wouldn’t?

I have the same problem.  The breakpoints don’t work.  Stops at first line.  I hit F10 again to Run and it passes every single breakpoint.
