I’m trying to make Pool-Style game. I’ve tried to make the same with Cocos2D and Box2D but being pretty new at game designing I found it very hard.
Right now I’ve got the sticky walls problem: when ball is running at low velocities and collides with a wall, it gets stucked in it, like glued, although it keeps on moving. I remember that when working in Box2D, you could avoid this by changing the velocityThreshold value to 0.
Is there any way to change this setting with Corona? To acces Box2D settings in general? Or, if not, is there any way to avoid this problem?
