I have 2 simple questions:
Does the store API works for the (relatively new) Kindle Fire IAP in amazon marketplace?
If no - is there an ETA for this?
I published my app in the Android Google play store with IAP, I downloaded it on a device which does not have credit card data in his account in google play and I am receiving timeouts on calling store.canMakePurchases / store.purchase
Is this normal behavior?

I don’t have an answer for #2, but currently IAP For Amazon is not available. Its on our radar, we just can’t give you a date yet.

Regarding the timeouts for Android call to store.purchase. I have the same problem (and no solution). I created an app on Google Play, added in app purchase items. I call to Apple and get responses but I haven’t be able to get a response from my google play app when testing on my HTC Evo android test phone. I read that I have to “active” but not “publish” my app. I activated the in app purchase item but not my app… is that the problem? If so, how do I activate my app?
