store.purchase does not work on iPod Touch

My in-app purchase works on the iPhone 3G, 4S, 4, iPad, iPad2, new iPad but not the iPod Touch 2nd Generation with iOS 4.3.1.

When store.purchase is called the confirmation alert message never appears.
