Just a very quick question, but what are the advantages and disadvantages of using Storyboard over Director?
Cheers

Well, a big advantage for Storyboard is that it is supported/maintained by Corona Labs. [import]uid: 147305 topic_id: 34368 reply_id: 136592[/import]
Hello @Appletreeman,
I guess the main difference is “support”… Storyboard is the official scene management system in Corona and will continue to be supported and improved (there are admittedly some issues which are known and logged). As for Director, I’m not sure that it’s being actively supported or further developed at this time (does anybody have an official word on this?). Ultimately, you can use whichever one you prefer, as the structure/usage is fairly different. Or you can build your own atop the foundation of Director… the core principle isn’t that difficult once you understand Lua modules.
