developing an app I present a problem or a big problem, what happens is that I seek to link the camera two “cell” that is mobile from my phone to see live camera my friend … I have no idea if this option has crown although I do not think playing using a esterno agent to achieve this objective

and not used Snapchat? but I can tell you that I seek some functionality as the application of a DVR (digital video recorder)
