Please can someone look into this and reset my account? My week started with
a hard drive crash, I got a new machine and I have a client deliverable
tomorrow. I have rebuilt my development environment and I am back in
business except for the fact that I can’t De-Authorize my previous machine
because it does not exist anymore so I am stuck in limbo with Corona
authorization. Can someone please reset my account so I can authorize this
new machine and I can get back to building again? Very frustrating and I am
running out of time, please advise…
Submitted case 6126 over 24 hours ago, I just need to get back to where I can authorize this new machine.
