If you use the TestFlight desktop app, this may be of use to you.
It’s a simple Automator Service I made that allows you to right-click a .app file to run, then it automatically does the Payload directory and renames to .ipa then opens the TestFlight desktop app with it ready to go.

Just unzip, open, and install. Right-Click -> “Submit .app to TestFlight”
