Or you can upload it yourself using Application Loader, yes.
When you build you can choose to submit to the store straight away or you can look on your build destination (mine is my desktop) and there will be a compressed and uncompressed file there.
Open Application Loader, pick your app, select compressed file Corona just built to upload

To further clarify -
NO; not on the store and not in your app itself. The only way anyone knows an app was made my Corona is if you choose to say so - and most people do, because they like using Corona.
Submitting it to the showcase and trying to win app of the week or month does require a page on your site with the Corona badge.

Is it possible to test on a device using the free SDK? Everytime I try to build it, it says that there is a new TOS available and to press OK to read and accept it. After I press OK it takes me to the Corona home page, no TOS, no nothing.
