I was filling out the on-line forms for submitting to the app store and I requires a Demo Account and states:
“The user name and password for full access account for your app. This account is used for review process and must not expire. Include details for additional accounts in the notes field.”
What is this account and how do I set it up so it doesn’t expire?

Are you using some kind of accounts or logins in your game/app? If not, you don’t need to provide a demo account.
This is pretty rare actually. Even with games/apps that allow users to create accounts you usually don’t need to supply one.
I think this is primarily for subscription services and other apps that explicitly require an account as the only way to get at the app content.
If you’re in that boat, let us know. But (again) I don’t think you need to fill that part it for your app.
Ex: If you made a ‘magazine’ app and the user needed an account to get your magazines, you’d need to supply a test account for the app tester.
Ahhhhh I see. So I guess I don’t need to worry since I am not having my users set up any accounts.
