Subscription Expired?

According to my Account info, my subscription expires in April 2014, but when attempting to run Corona Simulator, it has already expired.

Can anyone tell me how to bring this to Corona staff attention? Surely there should be a more direct route to having a serious problem like this attended to than posting in a general forum?
