Subscription info

Today I tried to find out when my subscription ends, but under account info it only shows you what subscription plan you are using. It always showed you when the subscription ended.

As I’m on a grandfather subscription, I would like to know when it ends…

I’m in the same situation as rmbsoft.  I think my grandfathered subscription is about to time out, but I’m not sure.  There was that two month extension to factor in.  If I go to “upgrade” my subscription the cost shown is the non-grandfathered price.  How can I find out when my sub expires and how do I re-up for the old price as a continuing subscriber?

Thanks.

Hey guys.

rmbsoft - that’s odd, you should definitely see the expiration date in your Account page. Can you send me a screenshot of your account page? I’m at david AT coronalabs

By the way, you expire on Dec 19.

hardboiled - you expire Nov 28. Are you also unable to see the exiration date?

If you do want to renew at the old rate, you just have to email renewals@coronalabs.com and give us the email for your account. We’ll email you a promo code so you get the right price.

David

Just got back to the page, and for some reason it’s displaying the date now, before it only displayed ‘Corona SDK Pro’

Thanks!

I still only see ‘Corona SDK Pro’  No expiration date is displayed.  David, I emailed you a screenshot.  (I’m viewing the page on Chrome browser)

David, I just logged in again on the CoronaLabs website, and no expiration data displayed again. Using Chrome like Stephen.

Send you a screenshot.

After I re-upped my subscription last night I did see the new expiration date on the Account page.  But this morning it’s missing again.

I see no date either, and I got a message saying your subscription is about to run out in 8 days, I thought we got a 2 month extension?

We’re looking into it guys. This is a CSS issue - the actual expiration date is stored in the server and is not affected at all by this.

cublah - I just looked you up and you expire on 19 Jan 2014. You may be getting the message because the client has not checked and seen the new date. Can you de-auth and log back in?

This should be fixed in the next hour or so. We’ve identified what the issue was. Just to reiterate, it was just in how data was exposed- the expiration date in the server has been there all along.

Thanks guys.
