Please can you advise how I can upgrade my account to the PRO subscription… I currently have the IOS subscription but require now the PRO for both platforms…
I have emailed the sales team nearly a dozen times but with no response and it is quite urgent this is setup

I will try and get this looked at today for you (not my department) - I’m sorry you’ve tried to email so many times without a response; in the future please do create a thread if you’ve tried to get in touch and can’t. There are times things that shouldn’t end up in spam, or the like
