Hey - checked ou the free issue. Was generally impressed, although I found the things that went into depth (multi-layered physics) really informative. Things about stretching Corona beyond its limits is what interests me the most, I don’t particularly want re-hashed tutorials found on the internet/Corona website, etc…

All in all a good read however, certainly interested me enough to pick up later issues. [import]uid: 33275 topic_id: 35523 reply_id: 141183[/import]

Hi Stian,

I also checked the free version and I’m very impressed. I definitely will sign up for a subscription.
I really like CoronaPaper and the contents of the magazine. It has the same feeling of old home computer magazines back in the 80ties and early 90ties.
And that is a GOOD thing.

I do like the tutorials, please keep it as it is, a mix of easy, medium and hard. So there is something interesting for everyone.

I do have some (medium/hard) tutorial requests:

Please make some game AI tutorials explaining state machines, behavior trees and other mechanisms.

  • the theory and in which situation a certain AI mechanism can be best used
  • how can it be implemented in CoronaSDK
  • AI examples in a small demo game

Keep up the good work! [import]uid: 106768 topic_id: 35523 reply_id: 141341[/import]

Hi!

We’ve put The Amazing Oscar on the AI task, and we’re as eager as you to see what he comes up with.

Thanks for the nice words, both of you  [import]uid: 173835 topic_id: 35523 reply_id: 141497[/import]
