Super Rewards : How to get app ID?

Hi!

I would like to implement Super Rewards in my game currently in development.
But when I add an app in SR, it asks me an appstore link. Which I don’t have as my game is still in development.

So if I understand, I can’t implement SR before my app is available on the appstore?

This is non-sense! [import]uid: 25327 topic_id: 13758 reply_id: 313758[/import]

It’s not “non-sense” (sic), you can’t implement Facebook posting without knowing your App ID either - it doesn’t mean it has to be published.

You can create a profile for your app in iTunes Connect three months before you plan to upload; at that time you get your App ID and your iTunes URL. [import]uid: 52491 topic_id: 13758 reply_id: 50579[/import]

thanx for the explanation Peach.
this is my first app so I don’t know yet the submission process.
what is the advantage of selling in-game currency with SR versus IAP? [import]uid: 25327 topic_id: 13758 reply_id: 50592[/import]

That’s a matter of opinion.

IAP means users spend their own money. SR means that people complete little offers for free and you earn money with SR rather than directly from them/Apple.

Alright! For what I know, SR handle the user’s credits in its own servers. Does that mean that my users won’t be able to buy credits with IAP?

In other words, is possible to combine both services? [import]uid: 25327 topic_id: 13758 reply_id: 50718[/import]

Actually, you manage total credits locally - you save how many they have and how many they spend  The amount they have could be something like totalCredits = srCreds+iapCreds then save that.

Ok!
One last question about SR :
Do you have an idea how much revenue you can make with SR ?
I didn’t find any informations on how everything is calculated.

Thanx!

Haha, that question is like asking how much pie can I eat… Well, not quite. The answer to that is a LOT

It’s more like asking how much pie can a person eat - it depends on so many things, the size of the pie, the contents, the quality, etc.

You can always email them to get extra info as well, they’re lovely folks
