There’s much more already in progress. I think a key factor in success is continually working at something - it’s an easy mistake to submit to the App Store then sit back and wait for downloads. And to the one “con” (pun intended) mentioned in reviews about depth, remember, even Fruit Ninja began as only Classic mode… :slight_smile: Thanks again to Ansca for Corona, this whole process has been a lot of fun and wouldn’t have been possible for me without it.

I just have to come out and say that this game is REALLY awesome!

Believe me when I say it, I’m not just blowing smoke. I think this could be a top seller like Fruit Ninja with the right marketing. Unfortunately, I am not a marketer so I only hope it gets the attention it deserves.

The gameplay and concept are top notch. Love the art too. And where’d you get the music? Perfect choice!

My one gripe is this, and may have been intentional on your part-

Some of the characters look to much alike, mainly the guys with black hair and grey shirts. It’s hard for me to tell the difference as quickly as I’d like and the game is supposed to be played fast. Maybe a different shirt color or hair color so EVERY character looks unique at a quick glance.

Whoa, cheers dude.

Yeah, it was intentional. In fact, the original game was purely characters - my mate draws them based on famous people. I had themed levels such as movie stars, music stars, The Beatles, etc. I thought it would be ok but Apple didn’t want the copyright risk I guess, so I changed them to the generic objects you see now. The cops and fruit are best for going nuts, but I wanted a different challenge too, hence the likeness of those characters. There’s some tweaking and additions already in progress for the first update.

The music is from the unbelievably talented Kevin MacLeod at http://incompetech.com/ - all I had to do was find suitable music and loop it. He’s credited in game.

Sadly I’m struggling with decent marketing. Same problem most of us have. Still, patience and hard work will hopefully pay off in the end :slight_smile:
