We have been using Supersonic’s Offerwall for a few months, and there is an issue that keeps reoccurring.
Sometimes, a user completes an offer, yet we don’t get a server-callback for that offer. Therefore, we don’t give the user the rewards for that offer, and we don’t get compensated for it as well. For some of these offers, we get a server-callback only 24 hours after the user completed the task. For some, we get nothing at all.
We contacted Supersonic’s support, and they raised a few question which only the developers of the plugin can answer.
They downloaded our app from the store, completed an offer, and checked the device logs. According to Supersonic, the logs indicate some actions are missing.
Also, they stated we are using an older SDK, and recommended updating to the latest SDK.
For now, we have no choice but to remove the Offerwall from our app, since users have been complaining regularly. It’s really a shame, since it’s a good revenue stream, but it’s not worth losing users over.
Can someone from the Corona team continue this debugging with Supersonic? We would love to help if possible, but we can’t continue without a Corona representative.
