Hi… just wanted to see if others are seeing the same as I am… I submitted two support requests yesterday and got the confirm eMails that they were submitted… when I click the link in the eMails to check the status I get a “Sorry! This page can’t be accessed.” page. Is anyone else seeing this? Also, is there an alternate way to check the status of a case? Seems the bug system and support system are separate entities (kind of annoying, but ok) so I can’t get at it that way.
