At GameSalad, a number of people used to try their hand at creating a full app in 24 hours. Although I never got really into that back then, I gave it a go with Corona.

I’d encourage you to check it out; this sort of thing can be pretty inspiring if you are new to something, as many of us here are, or if you just need a little motivation.

@rickwhy - It’s fun, but I think if you are going to do it a little planning of your time may work better than just waking up, flopping into your chair and suddenly going “OK, might make a game with Corona in 24 hours today.”
