As a carry over from a slack discussion for future users who need this functionality:
To suspend Corona app/game without loading symbol and dark overlay press [Ctrl/Command] + Shift + Down
This will suspend gameplay so a ‘in motion’ screenshot can be take with some more precision.
Maybe i missunderstand but if you are talking about making screenshots on a PC, whats wrong with Print Screen? Its a single button.
Hi anaqim no i am referring to suspending a Corona application or game thus freezing gameplay at an exact point in time at the developers discretion (without loading symbol or overlays). Then you are then able to use print screen or cmd+shift+3 to capture the screenshot.
This is especially useful for action packed / motion games.
