tableView alignment issue?

Hi All,

I have implemented a tableView  with a swipe event on the row touch to open a row in detailed screen. The issue I am facing is the alignment of text is changed to wrong places after I close the detailed page of the row and come back to tableView. any idea why is that happening ?

when loading the TableView for the first time everything is normal :

After I come back to Tableview from overlay window that contains row details

If you can make a runnable sample with the issue we can probably help more. Right now I have no idea tbh.
