tableView inconsistently fires onRender when pulling up or down past bounds

a tableView list with onRender listener will intermittently fire the onRender when you pull it down past the first list entry, or up past the last entry. This could be useful if it weren’t intermittent.

I’ve been breaking my head over the tableview. I’ve created a simple app (derived from the sample) to illustrate. pull down the list a few times and you will see that the map images start to vanish…
